Ms. Pratt has been in the discipline of quality assurance for 9 of her 11 years at DDL. She started her career as a lab technician but quickly moved her way into quality. Kim was instrumental in facilitating DDL’s ISO certification. The quality department that she now manages keeps DDL up-to-date with best practices for quality assurance.

Kim is an active participant of RAPS (Regulatory Affairs Professional Society) and ASQ (American Society of Quality).

Kim graduated from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls with a double major in Biology and Chemistry. She is in the process of finishing her MBA at Cardinal Stritch University.
