You can count on our comprehensive, clear fixed-base cost estimates. We stand by our quotes. No surprises! Test reports detailing the test methods and results are provided on request at an additional charge. If no report is requested, reviewed and approved test data will be supplied with a cover letter indicating the test standard that was performed. Test reports are reviewed by technical and quality assurance personnel to insure accuracy as well as professional standards. Consulting Services
DDL Inc. offers consulting services in package engineering and mechanical engineering. These services are available on a fee basis.
Payment Policy
A 25% prepayment is due for new clients before work can begin. The balance of the study cost is due after completion of the testing and final report.
Credit information may also be requested.
Large and/or long-term projects may require interim payments during the project’s testing schedule.
Protocol Development
A purchase order number must be submitted prior to development of a protocol. 50% of the initial cost of the protocol will be reimbursed if the project is completed at DDL.
Shipping and Handling
The client is responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipping charges.
We prefer that clients pay shipping charges directly.
Or DDL can pay charges and invoice you. A 5% surcharge will be added to cover administrative costs.
Terms of Payment
Invoices are payable upon receipt of invoice. Interest of 1.5% per month will be charged on unpaid balances over 30 days.
