Thermal Performance Testing
From highly controlled cold chain package testing facilities, located in Minnesota and California, DDL tests thermal packaging for pharmaceutical companies.

Stability Testing
Over a 72 – 120 hour timeframe, DDL conducts a stability test and develops a specification designed to inform pharmaceutical package testing clients of conditions that will push a thermal container out of the 2-8 centigrade (an indication that contents may lose active ingredients or even spoil) desired shipping and storage temperature.

 

Distribution Simulation
Expert DDL package testing engineers test EPS materials and hard foam packaging. DDL also tests packaging inside of pharmaceutical shipping containers including gel packs, glass vials, bottles and other types of interior pharmaceutical packaging. Dynamic distribution and drop testing validation of pharmaceutical packaging is also a service available through DDL.
