Clients tell us our documentation of tests and results may be the best in the business. It’s one of the strengths that brings manufacturers back to DDL again and again. Test reports detailing the testing services performed and results are provided on request and at an additional charge. If no report is requested, a cover letter indicating the testing service will be provided for a minimum fee outlining the raw and compiled test data. Our customers prefer DDL’s test reports because they are presented professionally with a high degree of detail ... including precise documentation of test results in an easy-to-understand format. Reports are illustrated with photographs showing test services and their results. Each report is thoroughly reviewed, before it leaves our lab, for technical accuracy and quality assurance, as well as compliance with every aspect of our customer’s request. |
